Belgium's former PM Yves Leterme caused a stirr amongst Twitterati by
posting quite a personal message on his public Twitter-account early
this morning. The messsage said : "Goodmorning "Boe".... I'm only
getting out of bed right now". The former PM, actually working in Paris,
unvoluntarily provoked thoughts of his unfortunate French collegue.
Spring definitely has begun in Paris.
